Jack-o-Lantern Quesadillas

This is what we had for lunch today. I took red and yellow food coloring mixed with a bit of water, and brushed it on the face of the pumpkin with a pastry brush (or paint brush or your fingers if you're brave) after using a sharp knife to cut out a face. I put cheese on the bottom tortilla and nuked it to melt the cheese, then squished on the face.
